Dr. Whipple came to Healthy Pet Hospital in 2021. He served as a veterinarian in the Army Reserves for 8 years and took his first job as a veterinarian in Las Vegas where he stayed for 9 years - treating all manner of zoo animals, including lions, tigers, and bears. Originally from Texas, Dr. Whipple moved to California in 2000. He currently has a sweet chihuahua named Dolly and a spicy kitty named Kona. He loves to cook and read in his spare time and watches the eagles nesting at Big Bear each spring.
Michele is our lead Customer Service Representative and has been with us since 2020. She has always had a passion for animals. At home, she has a Chiweenie named Cannoli and a standard dachshund named Deano who mean the world to her. In her free time, Michele loves to cook, work on puzzles and legos, and watch movies with her amazing husband and their charming son.
Jae has been a CSR at Healthy Pet Hospital since 2022. She has previously worked at both cat and dog rescues. She is working on her bachelor’s in biology and hopes to be a veterinarian in the future. Jae has always been an animal lover and has had dogs, rabbits, frogs, turtles, and fish at home. She currently has 3 dogs named Hank, Delilah, and Athena. In her free time, Jae enjoys creating art, playing video games, and spending time with friends and family.
Dennis has been our lead veterinary technician since 2021 and obtained his controlled drug license in 2022. He has been in the field since 2003 after he left the culinary industry. Dennis was born and raised in SoCal - he grew up in Rowland Heights before moving to Orange County. He grew up surrounded by animals and has owned 3 breeds of chickens, as well as ducks, geese, assorted pocket pets, cats, and dogs. Dennis has been a diehard LA Kings fan since 1987. He played hockey in his youth and picked up tournament paintball in 2002. He is an avid gamer, a huge Star Wars nerd, and a Disney dad.
Emily started at Healthy Pet Hospital as a CSR in 2021. She graduated from Mt. SAC with her A.S. in RVT in 2022, became licensed in 2023, and is now working as an RVT. Emily grew up in Temecula and received a B.S. in Public Health Sciences from UCI before pursuing her career in animal health. She currently lives with her boyfriend and their cats Peaches, Goober, and Rusty. In her free time, Emily likes traveling and has visited 19 countries so far. She also enjoys riding her motorcycle, collecting houseplants, and curling up with a good book.
Guido is a Registered Veterinary Technician at Healthy Pet Hospital and Grooming. He lives in Santa Ana. He started working with pets and he thought it was interesting.At the hospital he does pet dental cleanings, x-rays, assists doctors in surgery, and other medical care. He also does the product ordering to keep the hospital stocked with all supplies needed. His pets include Noodle, Cheddar, and Dora. He enjoys the gym, his car, his motorcycle, going out to eat and resting.
Hany Soliman is one of our Surgery Technician at Healthy Pet Hospital. He graduated as a Veterinarian Doctor in Egypt in 1980. He has worked for 25 years as a Vet for large animals. Hany has two cats named Simba and Messi.
Bri is a technician who has been at HPH since 2020. She has also worked in specialty hospitals such as emergency and neurology. She is currently in school to become an RVT. Bri has a bachelor’s in Recreation and Leisure Studies from CSULB. She is married and has a son, and they have a beagle/basset hound mix and a cat. They love to go to theme parks such as Disneyland, Knott’s, and Universal together. Bri spends her free time surfing, rock climbing, and doing escape rooms with her friends.
